Survivor-Led Sensitivity Training for Law Enforcement

SAEF offers virtual trauma-informed sensitivity training to law enforcement.

Survivor-Led Sensitivity Training is offered virtually inclusive of 4 modules, 6 assessments, and a certificate of completion.

Trauma-Informed Sensitivity Training

Trauma-Informed Sensitivity Training promotes sensitivity in cases of sexual harassment and sexual violence. Sensitivity training from a survivor-led approach is instrumental in ensuring survivors receive a trauma-informed response when disclosing their experiences to peers, authority figures, or family members. 


Trauma-Informed Sensitivity Training covers the following areas:

  • Language & Active Listening
  • Creating a Safe & Supportive Environment
  • Understanding Survivors Rights
  • Racial and Socioeconomic Bias
  • Power Dynamics and Gender Bias
  • The Neurological Response to Trauma 


Trauma-Informed Sensitivity Training is offered virtually inclusive of 3 modules, 4 assessments, and a certificate of completion.

Sexual Violence & Harassment Training

Available in an individual user asynchronous model. 

SAEF offers trauma-informed sexual harassment and violence training compliant with the Occupational Health and Safety standards and best practices under Bill 132.

Relevant for people appointed as the workplace anti-harassment lead within their workplace. 

Sexual Violence and Harassment Training includes:
